Our orders are processed and shipped daily. It will take about a week for your collars to arrive at your doorstep.
Occasional issues beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges that are incurred in the event an order must be reshipped due to an incomplete/incorrect address.
Returns must be in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 7 days from date of receiving the parcel. You may email us at hello@catscollars.com with your order invoice if the item is not purchased under any promotional code. For mailing back of return items, please allow us 14 working days to process your return. We allow up to 30 days for international parcels from date of receiving the parcel.
